- Is 5G available here?Several carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Mint have 5G coverage within Happy Valley, Oregon.

The Soundscore for The Lark Apartments is 72 with low air traffic sound, but there is some noise from traffic and local businesses when they are active. - How long does it take for an application to be approved?Instant up to a month depending if they lived in California or not. but can vary depending on individual screening.
- What are the application criteria?At least 2.75 times the monthly rent for income. 6 month rental history. 2 accounts at least 1 year old credit history. 12 month employment history.
- What is required for move-in?Security deposits, pet deposits and pet rent (if applicable), prorated rent, renters insurance and proof of utilities being set up for the unit.
- What is included in the cost of rent?Currently, parking is included in rent.
