  • How Loud’s Soundscore rates locations based on their average environmental noise ranging between 50 (very loud) and 100 (very quiet). The Soundscore for The Lark Apartments is 72 with low air traffic sound, but there is some noise from traffic and local businesses when they are active. This is typically the same or quieter than most other apartments in the area including others in Happy Valley, Clackamas, and Portland Oregon.

Application Process
